Badges, levels & Prestige
How XP, levels and badges work, and what Prestige is once you reach the top level.
2hour.fun opens soon. These guides explain how everything works once we're open.
2hour.fun has a progression system: earn XP, climb levels, collect badges, and at the very top, Prestige. It's all cosmetic - it changes how your profile looks, not what you can trade or what you pay.
XP and levels
You earn XP from trading, from badges and from challenges, on both chains. XP raises your level, from 1 to 100. Early levels come quickly; each level after that needs more XP than the one before. Your level shows as a small chip beside your name across the site. It takes a new colour every 10 levels, metals then gems - bronze, silver at 10, gold at 20, platinum at 30, emerald at 40, sapphire at 50, amethyst at 60, ruby at 70, diamond at 80, obsidian at 90 and rainbow mythic at 100 - and the hexagon round it grows grander as you climb.
Trades of 2hour.fun coins on any app count towards badges and XP. Trades made on 2hour.fun earn double trading XP (the XP for each trade and for your volume), and only they count for challenges, Season missions and Refund Bot wins.
Levels also need lifetime trading volume to unlock (both chains): $25 for level 3, $100 for 5, $1,000 for 10, $25,000 for 20, $1M for 50 and $10M for 100. Your XP keeps counting meanwhile. Trades under $5 don't count towards badges or XP.
Badges
- Badges are achievements for things you've done - trading, holding, creating, calling and more.
- Many have tiers, so the same badge can be earned again at a higher level.
- Some are secret until you earn them, and a few are very hard on purpose.
- Pin your favourites to your profile. Your full collection is in your profile's Trophy room.
Prestige
Reach level 100 and you can Prestige: your level starts again from 1, and you get a Prestige emblem and a new finish for your level badge. Each Prestige also unlocks a perk:
- Streak freeze (Prestige 1) - Miss a day without losing your trading streak - one a week.
- Name colour (Prestige 1) - Your name in your finish's colour.
- Moving ring (Prestige 2) - The ring round your profile picture slowly turns.
- Second streak freeze (Prestige 2) - Two a week.
- Name glow (Prestige 3) - A soft glow round your name.
- Third streak freeze (Prestige 3) - Three a week.
- Gradient name (Prestige 4) - Your name in your finish's full gradient.
- Shimmering name (Prestige 5) - The gradient drifts slowly across your name.
